First, you need to apply for a prepaid card.

Once you receive your card, you will need to activate it.

After you activate your card, you can load money onto it.

With money loaded, you're free to start spending.

Reload and repeat!

Just like a bank card, you can choose to make PIN or signature purchases with a prepaid card. Just swipe your card and either enter your PIN, or select "credit" to sign for your transaction.

Unlike a credit card, you must load money onto a prepaid card before you can start spending. You will only be able to spend the amount of money that you have available on the card.

Using an Opt+® card is simple! You can load money onto your card at any Speedy Cash or Rapid Cash location, or any Visa® ReadyLink location. Then use your card to make purchases and pay bills. The amount of each purchase will be deducted from your loaded balance.

Opt+ cards are distributed exclusively at Speedy Cash and Rapid Cash stores, and of course right here on our website using our secure online application. We will just need to verify some basic information, and then you'll receive your Opt+ card at no charge. You must be 18 years old with proof of identity.

Yes, the Opt+® card withdrawal limit is $300 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal limit per day is $900.

Opt+ prepaid debit cards are accepted worldwide wherever Visa® debit cards are accepted.

Yes! Your Opt+® card can be used anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted, including online and over-the-phone purchases.

Yes; we recommend you prepay inside. If paying at the pump, there will be a $75 hold on your funds to ensure your card has enough funds to cover your gas purchase. If your card doesn't have a $75 balance, it will be declined.

Your PIN is the four-digit number that you will use when to make debit purchases and withdraw cash from any ATM. If you've forgotten your PIN, simply log in to your online account, click Update Profile and select Change Card PIN Number. We can also help you reset your PIN if you call us at 1-866-331-3063.

To set up or change your alerts, simply log in to your online account and click on Alerts in the left-hand column.
